1. About DonationTree

DonationTree is a digital community contribution platform that allows individuals to make voluntary contributions and track their participation through a digital donation garden.

DonationTree does not sell or ship physical products.

2. User Accounts

Users may create an account to access their personal dashboard and view their contribution history, garden progress, achievements, and related information.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their account credentials secure.

Do not share your password with anyone. DonationTree will never ask you to provide your password, OTP, PIN, wallet PIN, or banking password through email or messages.

3. Contributions

All contributions made through DonationTree are voluntary.

Contribution amounts and available contribution options are displayed on the website before payment.

A contribution is considered recorded only after successful payment processing and verification from the applicable payment provider.

DonationTree may delay or reject recording a contribution if the payment cannot be verified, is reversed, duplicated, or appears to be fraudulent.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the payment methods and authorized payment providers made available on the website.

DonationTree does not store users’ card PINs, OTPs, mobile wallet PINs, banking passwords, or similar payment authentication credentials.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

5. Donation Garden

DonationTree provides a digital garden system that visually represents a member’s contribution progress.

Garden stages, sprouts, plants, trees, achievements, and related visual elements are digital representations of contribution activity and do not represent physical trees or physical goods.

Garden progress is updated based on successfully verified contributions.

6. Public Information

Some contribution-related information may be displayed publicly as part of the Donation Garden or community features.

Public information may include a member identifier, sprout number, completed trees, achievement level, or similar non-sensitive information.

DonationTree will not intentionally display private payment credentials, passwords, OTPs, PINs, or other sensitive account information publicly.

7. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website or payment system.
  • Use the platform to distribute malicious software or harmful content.
  • Attempt to manipulate contribution records or garden progress.

8. Contribution Verification

DonationTree reserves the right to verify payment information before adding a contribution to a user’s account or updating their garden progress.

If a payment is reversed, cancelled, disputed, duplicated, or determined to be invalid, the related contribution record or garden progress may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellation requests are handled according to the DonationTree Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because contributions are voluntary digital contributions, successfully processed contributions are generally non-refundable except where a duplicate, processing error, unauthorized transaction, or other valid circumstance is identified and approved for resolution.

10. Website Availability

DonationTree aims to keep the website and its services available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, payment-provider issues, or circumstances outside our control.

11. Changes to the Service

DonationTree may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, contribution options, garden features, or other services when necessary.

Any significant changes to these Terms & Conditions may be reflected on this page.

12. Changes to These Terms

DonationTree may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
