Refund & Cancellation

DonationTree accepts voluntary contributions through its online payment system. Since contributions are intended to support the DonationTree initiative and its community activities, successfully processed contributions are generally non-refundable.

1. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make the same contribution more than once, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

We will review the payment and, where appropriate, process a refund for the duplicate transaction.

2. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment attempt fails but your bank account, card, or payment account shows a debit, please allow the payment provider’s normal reversal process to complete.

If the amount is not reversed within the applicable timeframe, contact us so we can help verify the transaction.

3. Incorrect Payment Amount

If you believe that you were charged an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the payment details and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted to:

Please include:

Your name
Email address used for the contribution
Transaction/reference number
Date of payment
Amount paid
Reason for the refund request

For your security, do not send your password, OTP, PIN, or complete card details.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method/payment provider.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Cancellation

Because DonationTree contributions are processed digitally, a contribution cannot normally be cancelled once the payment has been successfully completed.

If you believe a payment was made accidentally or there was an error during payment, please contact us as soon as possible with the transaction details.

7. Physical Products and Shipping

DonationTree does not sell or ship physical products.

All contributions are processed digitally, and no physical item is delivered as part of a contribution.
